RÚA COCKTAILS
THE BROKEN SPOKE
INGREDIENTS:
1.25 oz. Rua Single Malt Whiskey
.75 oz. amaro montenegro
.75 oz. benedictine
DIRECTIONS:
Fill mixing glass with ice, add all ingredients into glass and stir thoroughly. Strain into rocks glass with whiskey cube.
THE NOVOCAIN
INGREDIENTS
1.5 oz. Rua Single Malt Whiskey
.5 oz. orange liqueur
.5 oz. honey
.25 oz. float of mezcal
DIRECTIONS
Fill mixing glass with ice, add Rua Single Malt Whiskey, orange liqueur and honey into glass and stir thoroughly for 20 seconds. Strain over ice into rocks glass. Ever so slightly pour mezcal on top of your cocktail for the finishing touch.
THE RÚA DELIGHT
INGREDIENTS:
1 oz. Rua Single Malt Whiskey
1 oz. Port Wine
1 oz. Coffee Liquer
.25 oz. Cream
DIRECTIONS:
Combine Rua Single Malt Whiskey, port wine and coffee liqueur into shaker tin with ice and shake thoroughly for 10 seconds. Strained into a martini glass and top with cream.
QUINN'S COCKTAILS
QUINN'S SOUR
INGREDIENTS:
1.5 oz. Quinn’s
.75 oz. Egg White or 1 Egg White
.5 oz. Simple Syrup, 1 Lemon Squeezed
DIRECTIONS:
Combine all ingredients into shaker tin with ice and shake vigorously for 1 minute. Strained and serve in ice filled rocks glass.
MANHATTAN
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz. Quinn’s Carolina Whiskey
1 oz. sweet vermouth
2 dashes of aromatic bitters
DIRECTIONS:
Fill mixing glass with ice, add all ingredients into glass and stir thoroughly for 20 seconds. Strained into rocks glass with a whiskey cube.
THE ACTUAL GREEN TEA
INGREDIENTS:
1.5 oz. Quinn’s Carolina Whiskey
1/2 lime squeezed
2 oz. green tea
ginger beer
DIRECTIONS:
Combine Quinn’s, Carolina Whiskey, lime and green tea into ice filled Collins glass and topped with ginger beer.
GARNISH:
Lime wedge.
SALAMANDER COCKTAILS
GRAPEFRUIT MULE
INGREDIENTS:
1.5 oz. Salamander Vodka
2 oz. grapefruit juice
2.5 oz. ginger beer
1/2 lime squeezed
DIRECTIONS:
Combine all ingredients over ice, pour into a Collins glass.
GARNISH:
Spring of rosemary.
STREAM LIVING
INGREDIENTS:
1.5 oz. Salamander Vodka
.5 oz. Green Chartreuse
1/2 Lemon
1/2 Lime
.5 oz. Simple Syrup
Soda Water
DIRECTIONS:
Combine Salamander Vodka, Green chartreuse, lemon, lime and simple syrup over ice filled glass and top with soda water.
GARNISH:
Lime wedge.
VESPER MARTINI
INGREDIENTS:
1 oz. Salamander Vodka
1 oz. Gin
1 oz. Lillet
DIRECTIONS:
Combine all ingredients into a shaker tin with ice, shake vigorously for 10-20 seconds and strained into a martini glass.
GARNISH:
Lemon Twist.
DRUMLISH COCKTAILS
FEISTY IRISH MARGARITA
INGREDIENTS:
1 oz. Drumlish Irish Poitin
.75 oz. triple sec liqueur
1 lemon squeezed
.25 oz. agave syrup
DIRECTIONS:
Combine all ingredients into a shaker tin with ice and shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Strain into ice filled rocks glass.
GARNISH:
Salt for rimmed glass, if desired.
THE OTHER IRISH COFFEE
INGREDIENTS:
1.25 oz. Drumlish Irish Poitin
.5 oz. hazelnut liqueur
.5 oz. honey
4 oz. cold brew coffee (use hot coffee if desired)
DIRECTIONS:
Combine all ingredients into Collins glass filled with ice. If using hot coffee, exclude ice and serve in coffee mug.
GARNISH:
Top with whipped cream.
HOT TODDY
INGREDIENTS:
1 oz. Drumlish
.25 oz. Apple Brandy
.25 oz. Honey
4 oz. Hot Water
DIRECTIONS:
Combine all ingredients into mug.
GARNISH:
Lemon wedge.
