INGREDIENTS:

1.25 oz. Rua Single Malt Whiskey

.75 oz. amaro montenegro

.75 oz. benedictine

DIRECTIONS:

Fill mixing glass with ice, add all ingredients into glass and stir thoroughly. Strain into rocks glass with whiskey cube.

 
 

QUINN'S / RUA OLD FASHIONED

INGREDIENTS:

2 Dashes Angostura Bitters

2 Dashes Regan’s Bitters

Splash Bourbon Cherry Juice

1/4 tsp Brown Sugar
1.5oz Whiskey

DIRECTIONS:

Add bitters, cherry Juice, and brown sugar in mixing glass. Muddle sugar in mixture, add ice and whiskey, stir well, strain into rocks glass over big cube, zest and rim glass w/ orange peel, garnish w/ orange peel and bourbon cherry.

INGREDIENTS:

1.25oz Rua Whiskey

.75oz Honey Syrup

1/2 Lemon

DIRECTIONS:

Add ingredients to shaker w/ ice, shake well, pour into rocks glass, garnish w/ lemon wheel

Note: may need extra lemon juice

THE RIDDLE

INGREDIENTS:

1.5oz Quinn’s Whiskey

DIRECTIONS:

Pour in rocks glass over big cube, garnish w/ 2 bourbon cherries

INGREDIENTS:

1.25oz Rua Whiskey

2 Dashes Simple Syrup

1/2 Lemon

2 Mint Leaves

DIRECTIONS:

Break up mint leaves into shaker, add remaining ingredients w/ ice, shake well, pour into rocks glass, garnish w/ mint leaf and lemon wheel.

1.25oz Quinn’s Whiskey
Ginger Ale

DIRECTIONS:

Pour whiskey into highball glass, fill w/ ice, top w/ ginger ale, garnish w/ lime wedge.

QUINN'S SOUR

INGREDIENTS:

1.5 oz. Quinn’s

.75 oz. Egg White or 1 Egg White

.5 oz. Simple Syrup, 1 Lemon Squeezed

DIRECTIONS:

Combine all ingredients into shaker tin with ice and shake vigorously for 1 minute. Strained and serve in ice filled rocks glass.

 

MANHATTAN

INGREDIENTS:

2 oz. Quinn’s Carolina Whiskey

1 oz. sweet vermouth

2 dashes of aromatic bitters

DIRECTIONS:

Fill mixing glass with ice, add all ingredients into glass and stir thoroughly for 20 seconds. Strained into rocks glass with a whiskey cube.

 
 

SALAMANDER COCKTAILS

GRAPEFRUIT MULE

INGREDIENTS:

1.5 oz. Salamander Vodka

2 oz. grapefruit juice

2.5 oz. ginger beer

1/2 lime squeezed

DIRECTIONS:

Combine all ingredients over ice, pour into a Collins glass.

GARNISH:

Spring of rosemary.

INGREDIENTS:

1.25oz Salamander Vodka
1/2 Lime, Soda Water

DIRECTIONS:

Pour vodka into highball glass, add squeezed lime, fill glass w/ ice, top w/ soda water.

 

GARNISH:

Lime wedge.

KEY LIME MULE

INGREDIENTS:

1.25oz Salamander Vodka

.5oz Salted Caramel Syrup

1/2 Lime

Splash Heavy Whipping Cream

Ginger Beer

DIRECTIONS:

Add vodka, caramel, squeezed lime, and heavy cream to shaker w/ ice. Shake well, pour into highball glass, top with ginger beer, garnish w/ crushed graham crackers and lime wedge.

MAUI MULE

INGREDIENTS:

1.25oz Salamander Vodka,

75oz Pineapple/Orange/Guava Infusion

1/2 Lime

Ginger Beer

DIRECTIONS:

Pour vodka into highball glass, add p/o/g infusion and squeezed lime. Fill w/ ice, top w/ ginger beer, garnish w/ orange peel.

CHERRY LIMEADE MULE

INGREDIENTS:

1.25oz Salamander Vodka

Splash Bourbon Cherry Juice

1/2 Lime

Ginger Beer

DIRECTIONS:

Pour vodka into highball glass, add cherry juice, and squeezed lime. Fill w/ ice, top w/ ginger beer, garnish w/ bourbon cherry and lime wedge.

POMEGRANATE MARTINI

INGREDIENTS:

1oz Salamander Vodka,

1oz Pama Liqueur,

1/2 Lime,

.5oz Agave

DIRECTIONS:

Add ingredients to shaker w/ ice, shake well, strain into coupe glass, garnish w/ lemon wheel


 

 

DRUMLISH COCKTAILS

FEISTY IRISH MARGARITA

INGREDIENTS:

1 oz. Drumlish Irish Poitin

.75 oz. triple sec liqueur

1 lemon squeezed

.25 oz. agave syrup 

DIRECTIONS:

Combine all ingredients into a shaker tin with ice and shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Strain into ice filled rocks glass.

 

GARNISH:

Salt for rimmed glass, if desired.

THE OTHER IRISH COFFEE

INGREDIENTS:

1.25 oz. Drumlish Irish Poitin

.5 oz. hazelnut liqueur

.5 oz. honey

4 oz. cold brew coffee (use hot coffee if desired) 

DIRECTIONS:

Combine all ingredients into Collins glass filled with ice. If using hot coffee, exclude ice and serve in coffee mug.

GARNISH:

Top with whipped cream.

HOT TODDY

INGREDIENTS:

1 oz. Drumlish

.25 oz. Apple Brandy

.25 oz. Honey

4 oz. Hot Water

DIRECTIONS:

Combine all ingredients into mug.

 

GARNISH:

Lemon wedge.

.5oz Sweet Vermouth

Add cucumber, mint, and simple syrup to shaker, lightly muddle. Add Gin and squeezed lime, shake well, pour into highball glass, top w/ prosecco

Fever Tree Tonic 

DIRECTIONS:

Pour into Copa Glass, squeeze 1/2 Lime, add ice, top w/ healthy amount of tonic, garnish w/ slapped rosemary and lemon wheel

INGREDIENTS:

1.25oz 704 Gin

3 Basil Leaves

.5oz Agave

1/2 Lime 

DIRECTIONS:
Break up basil into shaker, add remaining ingredients w/ ice, shake well, pour into rocks glass, garnish w/ basil leaf and lime wedge

Use 1oz jigger to measure, pour ingredients into mixing glass, add ice, stir well, strain into rocks glass over big cube, zest and rim glass w/ orange peel, garnish w/ orange peel)
